Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. Poker Supplies Ltd  reserves the right to change the method of shipping without notice , suited to the product(s) ordered and the destination of the package(s). No shipping charges will be adjusted, to the customer for any alternative carrier offerring a comparible time delivery service.  U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Service is only available for customers with a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address.  All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a VERIFIED Billing Address. Credit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched.

SHIPPING POLICY FOR POKER SUPPLIES
Our supplies and accessories will typically ship out within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please allow up to 3-5 days from the time the order is placed until its final destination. We ship out standard ground UPS or USPS . A tracking number will be provided once the product is shipped. Poker Supplies will ship to many parts of the world but please request a quote first. Our online store automatically calculates shipping for the USA 48 states. If you are outside the 48 states, email us with what you want to order and we will email you back a quote, thanks.

We ship out either USPS priority mail, UPS,. A tracking number will be provided for all UPS shipped orders.

POKER SUPPLIES CUSTOMER SHIPPING PROTECTION POLICY
It is the CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY to protect themselves from accepting damaged merchandise. Before signing the delivery receipt, the customer has both the right and responsibility to do the following:

• Visually inspect all cartons for holes, tears, and other indications of rough handling. Dropped table damage can occur without visible box damage.

• Fully remove merchandise from cartons and visually inspect it for any damage, NO MATTER HOW MINOR. Pay particular attention to any areas that correspond to damage appearing on the carton.

• If there is any damage, the customer is not obligated to take delivery. They have the right to refuse delivery and if they do so, The customer must call 605-271-8131 to notify Poker Supplies of this refusal of delivery.

• If the customer accepts delivery, They are responsible for all damages, whether or not the damage was noticed at the time of delivery. The customer's signature on the delivery receipt indicates they are accepting the merchandise in "GOOD ORDER".

• If you cancel your order or refuse delivery after it has shipped you will be charged for the shipping to you, the return shipping.
